FAQ

1Can I optimize anything at all? Does my company already pay attention to ecological efficiency?
We have done thousands of expert reports and have never found "nothing". But even if you were the first where we found absolutely nothing, it would still not be a problem, because you will get funding for the cost of the appraisal.
2Phew, isn't that a lot of work?
We do it all. From the funding request to the walk-through to the reporting. Your time commitment is minimal.
3I'm not interested right now!
We can understand that. Nevertheless, due to the exploding costs, it is urgent to act quickly and do something about it. Besides, it will become law next year and at that point it must be done anyway.
4I am only a tenant/lessee and cannot change anything. Does it make sense then?
We have many tenants/leaseholders as customers, since you pay the entire energy costs and not the landlord. Therefore, it is especially interesting to see where you could still save costs and possibly approach the landlord with the expert report. Since you get the costs subsidized, you have no disadvantages.
