- Spot Market:
The energy price is linked 1:1 to the favorable spot market. This means that no more market opportunities are missed. Your energy price is determined during delivery. You only pay what you actually consume. Hourly prices are traded for electricity, daily prices for gas. You can't get more transparency in your energy purchases. You can track your price development yourself at any time via the EEX.
- Tranche model (procurement):
Tranche procurement is a purchasing model in which companies can take advantage of opportunities on the energy market within a defined time frame (4-60 tranches are possible). With this strategy, energy volumes are procured at different times at the respective market price (exploit market opportunities - minimize risk).
- Forward market
The forward market is the classic model among contracts (i.e. electricity deliveries with a longer lead time of up to six years). It applies to all private households and companies with up to 100,000 KWh/year. The entire energy requirement is purchased for a fixed term and represents a long-term price hedge.
